Subscribe — Complete the simple subscription form. Your plan begins immediately, and you'll be billed monthly.
Request Support — Email me with your update requests, questions, or issues. I'll confirm receipt and estimated turnaround time based on your plan.
Work Completed — I'll complete the work within your plan's timeframe and keep you updated on progress. You'll receive a summary of hours used each month.
Rollover Hours — Unused hours automatically roll over for 1 month, so you can use them when you need them.

Security updates include CMS updates, plugin updates, security patches, and monitoring for vulnerabilities. I'll handle all technical maintenance to keep your site secure and running smoothly. This is included in all plans at no extra cost.
Website updates include adding or editing text, uploading images, creating new pages, adjusting layouts, fixing bugs, optimising performance, and adding new features. Basically anything you need to keep your site current and working well. I'll let you know if a request will take longer than expected.
Yes. Unused hours roll over for 1 month, giving you flexibility for quieter months. For example, if you use 2 hours one month on the Standard Plan, the remaining 1 hour carries forward to next month. After 1 month, unused hours expire.
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time, and the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. Your rollover hours remain available regardless of plan changes. There's no penalty for switching plans or cancelling.
Standard availability means work is typically completed within 5 working days. Priority availability (VIP Plan) means work is typically completed within 2 working days. Urgent requests on any plan can often be accommodated – just let me know it's urgent and I'll do my best.
If you regularly use all your hours, I'll recommend upgrading to the next plan. For occasional overages, additional hours are billed at £60/hour. Or you can wait until next month when your hours refresh. I'll always let you know before exceeding your plan hours.
I can manage any website built with standard technologies – WordPress, Kirby CMS, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript sites. I'll need access to your hosting and CMS to provide support. If your site uses unusual technology or is poorly built, I'll let you know upfront if I can help.
Yes. One-off updates are billed at £65/hour with a 1-hour minimum. If you find yourself needing regular updates, a monthly plan will save you money and give you faster turnaround times. Get in touch and we'll discuss what makes most sense.
Emergency fixes are handled as quickly as possible regardless of your plan. Security issues are addressed immediately. Most problems can be resolved within hours. If the fix requires more time than your plan includes, I'll let you know and we can discuss options – but I'll always prioritise getting your site back online first.
You can cancel anytime – just email me at least 7 days before your next billing date. There's no cancellation fee, and you'll retain access to your remaining hours until the end of your current billing period. Your rollover hours remain available during this time.
The VIP Plan includes ongoing SEO work such as optimising meta descriptions, improving page titles, updating content for keywords, fixing technical SEO issues, improving site speed, and implementing schema markup. These improvements accumulate over time to help your site rank better in search results.
